Chelsea Schroeder (Fall 2021 – Present) graduated from Mount Desert Island High School, ME, in 2017. She received her bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, MA, in 2021. While at Wheaton, she worked with Professor Christopher Kalberg on the greener synthesis of synthetic amino acids. As part of the Leadbeater group, she is excited to continue researching new green synthetic methods. In her free time, she enjoys baking, dancing, and spending time outside.
