Taylor Koehler

Undergraduate Student

Taylor Koehler (Spring 2023 – current) graduated from Smithtown High School East, NY in 2022. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in chemistry and a minor in molecular and cell biology in the Honors program. Taylor was inclined to pursue research in Dr. Leadbeater’s lab after thoroughly enjoying her organic chemistry classes and meeting such a warm and welcoming group. She finds great importance in finding environmentally safe methods to chemistry. When outside of the lab, she enjoys going to the beach, cooking, playing the cello, and spending time with friends and family.
